What We Do
The Clerk's office records and maintains official records (Fiscal Court, real estate, delinquent tax), issues County marriage licenses, and oversees motor vehicle registration ( title and license plates).
In addition, the County Clerk supervises all county-wide elections by registering voters, filing documents from candidates, and tabulating and reporting the ballots.
