What We Do
Shelby County Code Enforcement Board ensures that businesses and people are in compliance with public health, safety, public works, consumer protection, business activities, building standards, municipal affairs, and more. They oversee and enforce local building codes, zoning laws and ordinances. Their goal is to ensure new construction and renovations maintain a level of quality that keeps citizens safe and protects the enviroment.
