​Shelby County Code Enforcement Board ensures that businesses and people are in compliance with public health, safety, public works, consumer protection, business activities, building standards, municipal affairs, and more. They oversee and enforce local building codes, zoning laws and ordinances. Their goal is to ensure new construction and renovations maintain a level​ of quality that keeps citizens safe and protects the enviroment.


Schedule

Shelby County Code Enforcement Board meets the third Monday of each month at 9:30 am at the Courthouse at 501 Main Street in Shelbyville.
