What We Do
Mitchell Tinsley is Shelby County's Youth Service Coordinator. He works with at-risk children in the community, as well as juvenile offenders that are transitioning through the District or Family Court System.
Mitchell helps to provide and coordinate services for youth ages 10-18 years of age, and address any issues and/or problems affecting their overall behaviors at home, school or in the community.
